I always end up loving the pieces I scribble out quickly more than the detailed pieces I slave over for days. When I look at more time consuming pieces I can always see the labour involved, and how happy I was for it to be over.
The piece above was so quick to draw and ended up being so fun so and bright and energetic... That is me, this morning, in my PURR EVIL cat sweatshirt and underwear, blasting LOVE ON TOP and getting pumped up for the day. This isn't something I would put on my website, but I like it so much I just had to share it somewhere.
